Seemed suspicious, so asked computer resource person here @ Senior Center about it. She went to head of Sr Center - never having seen this before. This seems odd since computers get regular - weekly - antivirus scans.

Can this, ( or any) phone screen, inside be fixed? Its a clam shell type, dont know model.
