I want to build a good gaming pc for $500. This does not include Windows, mouse, keyboard, monitor, ect.

I am thinking of building a budget $500 gaming PC and I don't want to spend too much money. I don't want to buy a cooler if I don't have to. I am using the AMD FX-8320. I am wondering if this CPU comes with a stock cooler. I am not thinking of overclocking.
