Hi, I have a dell inspiron laptop. It has windows 7 premium Operating system and windows media centre already installed. I have a virgin cable TV connection. I have a HDMI port as well on my laptop so i am able to connect ve-=n media cable connection to my laptop using HDMI port but i don't know ow to watch live tv on my laptop. Please let me whether i can watch live TV using existing software in dell laptop or do i need to purchase any additional software/hardware like tuner.

HI, I have a home loan of around 19,00,000 (principle) and the interest rate is 12.25% (Fixed) and current EMI is around Rs25,000. The loan ends in Aug 2025. I wish to transfer my loan to other banks preferably SBI to save money. Please let me know

is it a good idea to switch the home loan

If so how much i can save in general if i switch to banks that offer around 10% EMI

How much i may need to end up paying as penalty, documentation, processing fee etc

I have valid work permit for next 2 years but my current canada visa is expired. I am planning to go to buffalo office,NY to get a multiple entry visa to canada for me and my family before i go for vacation to my country at the end of next month.

Where can i change my wife's visitor visa to open work permit in buffalo office/port of entry?

hi, i have valid work permit for next 2years however my visa is expired. Is it possible to send required documents to buffalo office, NY,US and get visa instead of going to buffalo. If it is possible how many days it will take to receive the visa documents from buffalo office.

I have been filing tax returns from 2003 and haven't received any refund till now. The status for every year (e.g. 2004,205..) is Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker. only one year 2007 they sent return to my old address but its returned back to them stating door was locked.

What should i do to get the refunds for all these years?

Whom should i contact to change my bank details, address for correspondence etc?

HI, I have been working in Canada for more than 3 years and going to work here for another 5-6 years. So I am planning to apply for PR but not having plans for citizenship at this moment. If i get a PR in canada and after 5-6 years if i return to india will i be able to get the full rights of the Indian citizen again in a few years or will there be any problems in buying lands, staying etc
