We are going through a divorce, reason for divorce is my wife had cheated on me and decided to leave. I found this out after she had moved out with our 2 sons, 16 months old and 3 year old. We have a temporary Custody Order where I have kids for 4 nights and she has for 3 nights. I want to come to an agreement and don’t want to fight her in court (its very stressful) if she agrees to this temporary arrangement as a final custody arrangement in Divorce Decree. But she wants me to give her 4 nights and I should have 3 nights and she will not come to a settlement if that demand of hers is not met. She is threatening me that she will fight in court to get full custody if I don’t agree to her demand of 4 nights. I told her we can have exact 50% she refused that too. What my question to you all is “Is it likely that Judge can change temporary custody order in Final Divorce Decree and make her the residential parent”

I was set up, me and my wife had a business which we ran together for 5 years I went overseas for a month when my wife had an affair and decided to move on and end her 6 year relationship with me. She filed for unemployment in April and I was not aware of it and all of a sudden on June 07 she moved out of the house with our 2 kids, 15 month old boy and 3 year old boy,

Ever since she moved out I trying to come to come compromise but she is out there to get child support claming to be the primary care giver. Ever since she moved out I have been taking care of kids from Saturday afternoon till Wednesday afternoon and she has them for other 3 days.

She is unemployed and I am working 4 days a week. She takes them to day care when she has them. I feel I am fighting a battle which I am going to loose.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I still love her and saying to her Iw ill do anything to get her back. Not Just because I love her also because our Kids are so small they need momy and Dady togather.

She is saying she is not coming back. her parents her friends everyone is on my side but she is not listing.

I feel like hell with her lets move on but as soon as i look at my kids I want her back.

She is now saying we can be best friends but She is not comign back.

Can some one sugest a plan how can i try to bring her back home.. I trusted her so much that for sake of her I did not even make any other friend in last 6 years we worked togather we lived togather and traveled all over the world togather.

I am so devestated and I am willign to do anything to win her back...any and all sugestions are welcome

I was married for last 6 years, Last week my wife moved out with my 2 sons 1 year old and 21/2 year old when i was at work, send me court papers for divorce, I found out after she had moved out that she moved out because she was cheating on me and she is seeing someone else.

I told her if you want to move on with your life fine but you should leave the kids at home she said to me " I talked to attorneny and there is no way you can have kids" She is not into drugs.

But I found out that she drained my bank accounts in last 3 months, she forged my name to get money form our bank she will write a check in my name forge my name and withdraw cash.

I have her parents who are willing to testify for me that kids will be better off with me.

I went a saw attorney to get custod of my kids but I am not getting a very satisfying answer from them.

Can someone sugest what can I do I want my kids out of that mess.

I have a Featured Storefront on Amazon, I am selling on an average of 150K per month, have a potential to sell over a million a month if someone can afford that much credit line with vendor over 10% in profit, I am retireing and want to sell this ASAP, Just a storefornt. I wonder where should I go to sell it and how much should I ask for ?
