I know there's some kind of title, just can't remember it.

It seems that I've heard a certain term for them, but I can't remember it.

I asked if an American civilian working in Germany who committed a crime would be sent to a German or an American prison. I also asked if that would depend on whether the crime was committed against Germans or Americans. My question and all the answers were deleted. What was inappropriate about that?

Having lived in Germany for nine years, I found most Germans (especially the younger ones) to be somewhat liberal in their view of black people. However, I've recently met an African immigrant who lived in Germany several years ago. He claims that the vast majority of Germans despise all black people. Did I get it wrong?

That might sound like a stupid question. But while I enjoy watching the CFL, I've never seen a Canadian college or high school team play.

My wife is an African-American who has recently taken an interest in hockey. After watching a few games she was wondering how many minority, including biracial, players there are. They don't have to be black, just non-white. I don't have a clue. Does anybody have an idea?

This is an inquiry regarding something an African-American friend of mine said. I want to get some feedback on it. He said that although countries like Germany, England, and France have cultures that are different than the US, black people who live in those countries have no culture of their own. They copy everything from black Americans, including rap music and styles of dress. Agree or disagree?

Also, does a scholarship player lose his scholarship if he becomes ineligible due to poor grades?
