okay, so, elaboration time:

what i want to do is take a picture from a show, obviously, & put it on a shirt. not an exact scene from the show, but the characters n whatnot. so, if i found myself a picture that i liked of them & put it on a shirt, would that be considered infringement of any kind?

I apologize for the sentence starting with "because"; I was told in elementary school that you couldn't start a sentence with that word, but I never followed it hah. Anyways:

i mean on the suggestion sidebar, will it block their videos from showing up on that, as well?

i caught brown widows in my back yard, & they were fine. moved around, spun their webs, stayed out .. before i sent them to riverside to the research center. i caught 3 spiders- 2 were mommies that laid eggs, & i had captured 8 sacs, & they were all fine & dandy. cute spiders.

now, this time, i've caught 2 brown widows & 1 black, & they're like .. gimpy. lifeless. inactive. they curl up in a ball & don't move, or they spread their legs out strangely before recoiling back into a ball or become idle. i have leaves & twigs n everything else in there for them but these 3 spiders are just .. i dunno. not interesting & really perplexing. they were just fine before i caught them. at first, i thought maybe they got their legs caught in their web, due to the leg movements they were making, but i was able to gently usher each leg away from the body, & they still just flop over on their side. i didn't catch them harshly; it was a simple cupping procedure. they have plenty of air; i periodically open their container to check on them, & spiders don't use much oxygen anyway.

can anyone hazard a guess as to what's wrong with them? they have not been exposed to any chemicals or any prey that may have been contaminated with chemicals. is it a defense of some sort?

i want to know if my ideas are original, & not already done or seeming redundant.. there's been a few times where i've thought of something- story line, characters, & basis plotted out- & someone's been like, "oh, kinda like blahblahblah?" & i'm like, "what. NO."

but i don't want to risk anything being stolen. i'm not a big movie fan or book fan, though i probably should force myself to watch/read some things.. so i can't tell if my thoughts have already been produced in some form.

i'm looking more at books, though. so is there a site that allows me to discreetly know if my story idea's been used or something? or any good story sharing, blogging, etc sites?

someone posted this on their blog, & i can't find it! it's kinda ridiculous hah. you would think that the name of the pencils would be "coldwater creek", like they're labeled, but when i look up Coldwater Creek, i get clothing & apparel. i look up coldwater creek pencil, & i get pencil skirts! CWC art, i get decor, CWC pencil kit, i find other sets but not this one in the picture .. i'm sorta hoping someone knows a link to the official kit, or if they can just give me the correct name for it.

sooo~ can someone help me identify it please? it looks so nice & organized.. the fact that it has tones, shadings, n that stuff all categorized inside, i really like.. but, if you know of any brilliant drawing/art/pencil sets, drop me a few suggestions? right now, i guess you could say i've got the drawing thing down, but when it comes to completing & coloring it .. i'm like, 'yahurrp'. so i'm looking to expand my palette & experiment around a bit.

one of my computers sounds like it's over heating or the fan is working too hard or something .. we say "it's taking off again" when it gets going, & it's soooo damn loud, you can hear it on the 3 floor of my house, & it's on the bottom floor near the garage.

normally, my brothers & i would joke by yelling "see you in the year 3000!" or something, but it starts whirring softly, then gets louder & for like, 10+ minutes it's pushing max on the fan, & it's been going on for months now- prob since Nov09 or something..

we've cleaned it on the inside & it almost seemed like it made it worse.. & i've cleared as much space as possible on its hard drive. is there anything else we can/should do? don't really want to take it to a guy & pay a bunch of money for something we can do ourselves.

you know how everyone has that certain genre that they're really into? like, some people can listen to country all day, or punk, or indie .. i'm so open to absolutely everything that i'm able to listen to all genres, but i get bored so quickly, or i feel unsettled after listening for a while. when asked, "who's your favorite artist/band?" i can't give an answer cause i haven't found the one, yet! i guess i could say the postal service, but they only have 1 album..

so what are your favorites? any suggestions? i'm trying to find something that i can really like, so throw anything at me. avante-grande, blues, soundscape, UK, foreign .. but don't throw obvious big named artists at me, like lady gaga, arcade fire, deadmau5 n stuff.

seriously, i cannot begin to express how frustrating it is to explain to a person about the 13th sign. i've repeated myself so many times regarding this matter, it's ridiculous.

i say yes, because it's been around for thousands of years. the sun only passes through it 19 days before transitioning to Sagittarius from Scorpius. & besides, our constellations are no longer the same as they were 2000 years ago, & the Earth’s position has shifted due to the gravitational pull from the moon, so it's gotta be balanced out. that's my reasoning for it, anyways.

i want to get my daughter something that's educational, but nothing that's too corporal, if you catch my drift. nothing with dora the explorer, disney princesses, blahblahblah .. there's only a few that i will allow, such as Thomas, Penguins of Madagascar, Spongebob, & Curious George cause they are her favorites.. but everything else, i cast aside. so i want something as plain & simple as possible to get her. those 4 are probably the only acceptions..

i will be going to multiple stores today to find something for her, but i at least want some input from others before i blindly shop & buy, ya know? i'm planning on getting her reading books, too, cause she LOVES to read.

something educational, teach her ABC's or counting, sentence formations & whatnot. she's really into music, so if there's musical instruments that are available that she can't possibly damage, then that'd be awesome. not those tinker toys where she pushes a button & annoying pre-set music plays, but an actual instrument where she can interact & make her own music with. i get it, she's 2 1/2 years old, but she's already so musically gifted... she's got an ear for it, & it's something i'm really wanting to expand for her. maybe like a xylophone? she can't do too much damage on that thing. though, she's really interested in guitar & djing, lol. we have a little fake guitar here with strings that she messes around with & sings, & actual DJ equipment that she plays with, too.. but i think a xylophone would be fun for her, too. we already have a piano that she plays on, as well ..

SO, any mommies (or anyone, really) out there know of any good recommendations for christmas gifts for a 2/12 year old within my requirements?? i realize it's literally a day away, but like i said, i will be doing my shopping later today.
