Just a a crazy thought. What do you think?

On both of my big toes I have a yellowish white color about the size of a nickle. It's like a pocket filled with something, the skin is harder than the skin around it. Whenever I step it hurts but otherwise it's fine. About maybe 3 or 4 months ago I had something like it and turns out there was some pus in it. I'm thinking it's that or maybe its just a blister. Please help, I have a soccer game tomorrow. Thanks

Whenever I try to open anythin on my vista laptop I get his message:

"this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. create an association in the set association control pannel"

For example, when I try to open iTunes, I get that message. When I open Mozilla Firefox, I get the message and same with most other programs.

I think it may be a virus. If it is, is there any free way to get rid of it?

My computer froze so my brother restarted it. When I logged on to my account everything was gone! It was like my account was completely reset. All iPod songs were gone, my homework, my pictures, my settings... everything! Is there a way to recover these items? Please help me.
