  • Should I charge interest for a loan to a friend ???

    I went to medical school and used my name to take out loans for a friend that couldn't get a loan. We agreed to charge only the interst that I originially borrowed. They deny everything and now that I've asked them to repay my $$$ with interest, they make me out to be the bad person taking advantage of them after about 10 years of no repayment.
