I need these certifications but they are costly. I've done some searching around and they all seem to be around $100.00. Are online certifications valid? Which websites are best?

My employer conducted an FBI and Criminal Background at no cost to me. I need that information. I've been told two different things. Since they paid for it then I have no right to it. On the other hand I'm told despite them paying for it that it is essentially mine since it is about me.
How do I guarantee I obtain this information. I anticipate pushback and need professional/professional-ish language to ensure I get the documents.
