Glock 19 Generation 3 or Generation 4?
Like the heading says. I have a choice between a Glock 19 Gen 3 with night sights for $499.00 new or a Gen 4 standard sights for $550.00. I can always upgrade the recoil spring assembly correct? I could care less about the rough texture since it will not be a primary carry weapon but I will carry it off and on.
3 AnswersOther - Outdoor Recreation10 years agoIs this a good deal for a SKS?
Chi-com SKS with bayonet, all original, and 1900 rounds of ammo for $450? This is supposed to be the friend price. My step dad has a Yugo that he picked up fully dressed for like $175 a few years back but I have been reading that Chi-coms are pretty good. Also 1900 rounds should be worth a good chunk of the price. What do you guys think?
10 AnswersHunting1 decade agoAnybody have any information on a Century Phantom 12 gauge pump shotgun?
I found one at a pawn shop and the price is $169.00. Barrel is about 18 to 22 inches long. Looks like it has an extended mag tube and has been slightly worn. I don't know anything about it and info on the internet doesn't really give me any help on if this is a good deal or not. Also, wondering if it is capable of accepting aftermarket universal stocks that they make to go on Mossbergs and Remingtons.
1 AnswerHunting1 decade agoWhat kind of 22 revolver should I buy? 22LR or Mag?
It will be used mainly for snakes and occasional plinking. Thinking of conceal carrying altough it will not be the gun I reach for if needed, it is just that my state is against open carry. 2-5 inch barrel preferred. Can someone give reasons why 22 Mag would be a better choice over the cheaper in ammo 22 LR and also recommended models. Preferably not used because where I live, the only used guns I see are worn out Sig's and Glocks, so no guns that are out of production. Thanks.
9 AnswersHunting1 decade agoIf you had to give up your collection of firearms, but in return you received?
One of every firearm in every caliber they CURRENTLY make from one manufacturer. Who would you choose? I was trying to think of a company that produces the highest quality across the board (handguns, rifles, and shotguns). I would have to go with Ruger because they have concealed carry options, AR platforms, awesome revolvers, and good hunting rifles.
