I know someone who has been filing unemployment when they are layed off for a week at a time they wil file for two weeks unemployment every time and has been doing this for years. What kind of trouble are they facing and how would you go about turning someone in for doing this?

My mother in law got me and my husband together. At one point we were best friends. We were having trouble with my husbands daughter doing alot of bad things like calling his ex(not her mom) and interferring with our marriage , lying, etc. I called my mother in law for advice on how to deal with things with her. I even talked my husband into filing for cusody of his kids because his ex kept abandoning the kids. She blamed me for everything and says I just don't want the kids around eventhough I am the one that said get custody. This mess kept going on and on and my mother in law kept calling me talking about this over and over. I finally said I just don't want to talk about this anymore I am tired of hearing it about his ex and what she does. She said if I did not like it I should move out. She came by the house and brought his ex wife with her, had her in her car and pulls up in the driveway. My husband did tell her she was wrong for bringing her to our home. She says she did nothing wrong and it was for the kids. The kids were not here or with her and she kept abandoning her kids. When I called my mother in law to talk to her about this she defended his ex wife when she was on drugs, leaving the kids etc and put me down although I have always been there for my kids. Before my husband and I got together my mother in law always put his ex wife down saying she never cleaned never did right for the kids or him, etc. It seems because I dont always agree with her, she no longer wants me in the picture. My husband said she needed to apologize to me for the way that she has treated me and said she did that in both of his marriages before me and he let her get by with it. Now he has put his foot down. She blames me for everything. He told her he was not going to her house anymore until she makes things right with me. She refuses to do this. She said to just let it go. Wont say she was wrong or is sorry and said some pretty nasty things to me and about me. Said I was the one that was coming between my husband and the kids and her and my husband. When it is my husband who has finally said mom your behavior is no longer accepatable. And I did right by his kids. It was his kids that kept causing trouble in our marriage with the lies or calling his ex's and not doing things they were asked to do. His mother just last week just walked on in our home knowing things are not right and just pretended like nothing happened, knowing I was uncomfortable with this. And things were not at all right by us. He keeps telling her and she ignores everything he says and blames me and treats him like he has no mind of his own.

He tells me that before he never stood up but now he was because he loves me and he does not want us to have trouble and anything to come between us, although she did come between us alot for the first two years, but now we are working on getting us back. We used to go to her about problems in our marriage but agreed that was one of our problems so we told her we was keeping what happens between us between us, so she started going to our kids and questioning them about what is going on in our lives. She is not fair between his kids and mine and will come pick his kids up and not ask for mine. My husband said I have other kids now mom you havve to be fair to all, but she refuses to be equal between the kids too. Does she have grounds to act like this

My ex husband is in the military and overseas. How can I get child support for my two children? I already have a court order

But yet they expect you to punish yours? He tells his kids they need a whippin and 5 minutes later they are playing a game, no whippin and yet my children I always make them accountable for what they do. I think my husband needs a good beatin into reality. What do you think?

My ex husband and I shared joint custody up until recently. I have had my children full time and he has only been getting them every other weekend. I have enrolled my children into another school (out of state) and I have moved out of state. (he was agreeable). He has moved a woman in with him with 7 children and he only has 2 beds for including mine makes 11 people total. This woman is not nice to my children and they also are not treated fairly. They are not happy when they go to their dads. Also he has paid no child support since he was ordered, helped with school clothes etc. He is also in the military and is gone all of the time with no one but me to care for the children when he is gone. Can I fight for full custody and win? My husband and I have just built on to our home to give them all nice rooms, also.

My husband and I work different shifts, so we rarely get to see eachother and of course the kids are always home and we can't seem to get that extra time together that we need (you know) and with him working 6 days a week right now, it's impossible. Soooo last night I decided to show up at my husbands work in my skimpy summer dress with nothing under and gave him a bit of a surprise in the parking lot at his work. He had 30 minutes to kill and as I suspected it wouldn't take long. I haven't got to see him since (although he seemed very surprised and wowed) what do you think he thought? Ya think he thought it was hot?

My best friend had her tubes tied 9 years ago and 1 year ago she had an ablation. She found a doctor that does the tubal reversal, but she said that when she had her ablation that she was told that it was very dangerous for anyone to carry a baby after having that. Is it possible for her to become pregnant if she reverses her tubal ligation even though she had the ablation and actually have a healthy full term baby. She seems so determined to try this.

First of all, I did not force her to have this baby and I am not forcing her. I did talk to her yes about abortion because I do not feel it is just ok to lay down with someone and get pregnant and then kill a child because you wasnt responsible enough to have a child in the first place. And I been there. Yes I know. Second, I do not want this baby. I have served my time. I am a newly wed and had things going for me too as well.

I would have rather this didnt happen. But I sacrificed everything I have for her and that baby out of love for them. I can do without this whole dam situation. But unfortunately it has happened. She can abort if she wants and nothing I can do will stop her. She can also do this alone if she wants and I will back away. I love her but I can do that. However if she isnt going to abort she has a responsibility to care for that child or give it to someone that will and that is what I have been saying. I would rather take the baby than to have her live with regret.

So the next step was to get her a dr. appt. I made the very first available appt. that I could, which happens to be on the first day of school. She won't go and said cancel or she will abort. She doesnt know how far she is and told me that she was using drugs at the time. Dont get me wrong I care for my daughter but this is my grandbaby and I care about that baby too. They both need healthcare and my husband and I have provided that and anything that she and the baby will need. I gave up a job that I tried a year to get so I could be there for her and help her because no one else will. They just judge her and I haven't. I have said nothing negative to her although I want to tell her I didn't create this, she did. But I am trying to just help her and be there for her when I never had that. Is she doing this just to manipulate me and see how far she can push me? I'm frustrated and no this is not about me. This is an innocent child, and I feel my daughter should be more of an adult

That means that I am going to be that G- word. Oh my God. Yes I am freaking because I had her very young and wanted better for her than that. She has already done better than me when I was young. I made alot of mistakes. She does not want this baby at all. But I would rather be the G- word than to have her do that. I even told her that my husband and I will raise the baby at least until she is old enough or responsible enough or she just decides to be the mother. But I am afraid that she will do something, and I can't stop her. I certainly don't look old enough to be a grandma. Even my 13 year old sons friends call me hot momma. But grandma? that is going to be difficult for me to handel. However I am willing to do that rather than to abort this child, if I can talk my daughter into a little sense. Advice please?
