hello, when ever i try to copy files onto my Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1 it says the device has either been disconnected or stopped working but it only happens some times? if any one knows any sulotions it would be greatly appreciated

no matter what player i use all i get is still images and it wont play. what should i do?

i know this has been asked before but i have a strong urge to play gameboy colour games, is there a way to download a emulator and put it on the sd card (default one that came with it) and put it on my 3ds much like a wii and its homebrew.
