I bought a house last year. The driveway is stamped concrete. It is disintegrating faster and faster and looks horrible. I am researching options. It sticks up pretty high already. About 2 inches above the garage slab. So if I add more on top it will just be higher. Should I do a thin coat of concrete to fill in the chipped parts? Or should I cover it with a roll-able epoxy resin. Or should I jack hammer the thing out and put in a new non stamped concrete driveway? Of course keeping price and durability in mind.

Is it customary for the bride and groom to get each other gifts for there wedding day? Also what would be a good idea for a gift? Can't go wrong with jewelry right?

At my reception, we have not decided on a seating plan. Or let guests seat them selves when they get there. It is easier to coordinate the latter. but there is no seating for the honoring certain members of the family.

What would you do and why?

So I am planning my second wedding. I met with the DJ, I am trying to think of some ideas for songs.

For dancing with my mom.

Dancing with my daughter.

Dancing with my new wife.

Any ideas?

What would be an appropriate gift to get her for my wedding? DO I get her something like jewelry like a bridesmaid. Or a more traditional best man giit like a flask or money clip?

I come home and she sahuts the screen down quickly. or I catch her watching videos. Why does she watch those guys on the video and not me. It makes me mad she hides it. As a christian I beleive it is wrong. The bible says so. How do I stop her heathan ways? I would divorce her but the bible says I can not do that eaither. I am just a dumb male. Help.

So my stbxw has repeatably removed my daughter from the state for trips. To go to vacations and visit family etc.. Which is fine. i encourage that. Why is it, when I want to do it, it is a problem. I am extremely responsible and a really good father. My stbxw is just afraid of losing control or of having her baby across the state. How do i convince her that she is being unreasonable? I have the same parental right she has. She needs to get over her issues..

Ok peep this. My stbxw wants it written in our divorce stipulation that I maintain life insurance for my child for the rest of my life. Not just until she is emmancipated. Who is she to dictate my life? Would any of you agree to this? Once my daughter is grown and an adult, she will need to be responsible for caring for herself. i am not saying I would not do it it, or leave my daughter her inheritance. I will do that in fact. But the fact she wants it in the papers. It does not belong there. What are your thoughts?

So the stbxw will not sign the stipulation because in the last go around my lawyer added that if she has her BF move in during the time I pay her maintanence, that I stop paying her. Now she will not sign it. Also my lawyer is adament about leaving it in. I am kind of on the fence about it. I do not care if her BF moves in. But that will be added financial infrastructure to her household. Also it is a lot of money. I am going to follow my lawyers advice on it. But just kind of getting an idea, what would others do?

So I have taken on the responsibility of planning my FBIL's bachelor party. None of his friends stepped up. So it looks like and innocent weekend of a round of golf, dinner at a nice restaurant, then camping. Every time I bring up the idea of nudey bar I get shot down. So strippers are out of the question. i will respect boundaries. But the bachelor party is a time of male bonding and rassing the groom about getting married. What kind of things can be done to keep the spirit of a man leaving single life. Yet respect the boundaries of not getting boobies rubbed in his face?

Would that make me her misterer? What is the proper name for that?

So I am getting down to the end of my divorce. There are few details to work out. My stbxw has stalled through the whole process. Just by not replying to questions or by sending back paperwork right before court deadlines leaving me no time to go over them and I have to file extensions. Really the last stickler point is maintanence, I have been paying her for over 2 years, I want to negotiate how much longer. She will not repley to the question living the praposed stipulation in a way where it would be indefinite. What would be an effective method to try and communicate with her? Maintanence can not go on for ever. I can not afford it and go on with my life, plus she has assumed financial responsibility for the house (I sold it to her) and works full time now. Help, how do i get her off of my back?

So I looking over my praposed divorce agreement. My stbxw lawyer wrote it. It reads like a 5 year old wrote it. So I am now annotating it. I have tried to be thorough as to cover all points as to protect my self now and in the future and take my childs interest in to consideration.

What things would you put in it or think would be good for me to cover? i want to get all my bases now.
