I'm trying to factory reset my bros laptop cause it has a bunch of stuff on it he doesn't need. I'm hopeing his laptop can have a fresh start with resetting it cause it's slow and f'ed up but anyway I tried to reset PC option and it was going slow for hours and hours but it was still making progress after being stuck at 99% for awhile but the 2nd part of the reset process is where I'm having a problem. The laptop is getting stuck in this never ending process of loading the windows symbol, showing the HP symbol and finally showing installing windows progress bar and it's been stuck at 64% for days, basically a week, I have unplugged it multiple times and after turning it on it shows the same never ending process, so basically I'm wondering if I can somehow stop windows reset because it seems hopeless it can ever break out of this cycle or is there any alternatives I could do cause there is very little you can do while the computer is going through this cycle

ps4 is infuriating me, it wont ******* let me give me borther any funds so he can buy ps plus and there are mulitple ******* problems making ******* immpossible for my brother to play downloaded/ bought games that he could play before when his ps plus subsecuptuin was running

I can't move buildings or buy certain buildings
