Every few weeks I am told people I know are being sent junk by my email.

I have repeatedly run tests and changed my password.

YAHOO email has no customer service at all or accountability so I am asking the community.

I could use GMAIL but ive used yahoo all my life and though I now hate it due to the endless changes and lack of support, its part of who I am so I wish to continue using it.

I have anti virus and anti spy and anti malware etc. but it keeps happening and now my password is soooo complicated I cannot even remember it so I have to write it down.

The worse thing is YAHOO provides no record of these emails being sent out and not once any notices that people in CHina are suddenly using my account and messing around with my settings etc.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can keep YAHOO but STOP being targeted.

This has only happened in the last year or so.

I have a nephew who I do not see and I cannot skype.

He is about 3 years old.

I would like him to no my voice.

Is there a digital book with a narration recorder all in one - so I can press record read the page then turn it etc.

I do not have a tape recorder or a cd player so that would be of no use.

It needs to be all digital.

I understand I could do them separately but I want it all inclusive so they synch and is basic for a child or a inexperienced adult can you.

Please suggest any sensible ideas along the lines of my brief.

QUESTION: is my personal trainer liable for an injury in his session on a new exercise which he ignored for 3 months till I had to seek medical help due to pain.

last year I was injured in a personal training session.

I was asked to train on a new exercise and as soon as I tried it I found it was far too difficult as there was a sudden pain within the first or 2nd set of reps.

for about 3 months I was in pain and though we never returned to that exercise we continued to train on that arm.

I complained every session twice a week.

I was told that it would heal or it was in my mind.

I eventually went to a chiropractor and a doctor due to the pain.

They carried out an examination and then later an ultrasound.

I was indeed injured and the extra stress had made it worse.

Partly due to the injury I stopped seeing my trainer.

It is nearly a year later and I am still in pain and it has effected my work.

I have kept my trainer in the loop since day one via phone, texts, emails, letters etc.

at no time did he say no to or discount the repeated reference to the injury in his session.

He mostly ignored me though he still owes me sessions which I have asked for in money.

Now he claims that I injured myself during a squash game but the injury is not on my squash arm and I was not playing then or since....so it makes no sense and the nature of the injury would be not possible in squash through normal play??

I respect and like the man who has helped me alot but I am not a liar and my word is my bond and he knows that I was injured in his session so.

1) why has he created this new scenario?

2) why has he only now after many months and countless updates changed the facts?

3) why has he not refunded my outstanding sessions as asked to avoid all of this as I am still his client and so keep updating him?

any suggestions.....as this is really like pouring salt in a wound which still gives me daily pain.

As a huge fan of the original 3 films before their endless re-edits I have been rather miffed that there has been endless products in tv, film and video games which have been of inferior quality not just to the original but in relation to , well...anything and every comparable product out there.

The following is not just my opinion but critically rated as such:

Films - The last three films were not very good (horrible in places). The animated film was terrible.

Tv - no live action at all just 2 cartoon series. I have seen little of as I was told they were for small children? but they looked rather disposable?

Videogames - have been very hit and miss and more miss recently. nothing in recent years.

There has been an astounding quantity of TAT critically and otherwise poorly received (though still made money).

My question is with such a mind blowing universe and endless source of inspiration why has someone not made something on par with the original films or games or a tv series of note? You can go back and watch those films and they are excellent and its not just nostalgia. Even the old games are still rather good.

Is this all down to Lucas ? and if so why would he refuse quality when originally he made quality and it still made him cash and he wants to gie half his fortune away so cant be just money he wants.

Will this all change with Disney?

Will someone make tv/ films /animations which are actually in keeping with current quality and maybe aimed at adults rahter than small rather stupid children who might enjoy jar jar etc.? Kids today are no as dumb as Lucas makes out or his products would imply.

If there is actually some QUALITY starwars products out there which are actually recognized as such and if so please point me in the right direction so I can get a fix of the good stuff like the good old days!!!???

it is an asian, maybe korean cop / detective thriller about a very skilled killer.

the lead is an out of control cop and possibly his well behaved partner dies

It starts with a brawl on a building site with a gang and lots of poles.

It is famous for a scene in the snow on a swing when the cop visits a child relative

and for a crazy fight scene at the end which is a little like a serious anime,

there is also a great chase scene on foot around a built up residential area.

A great, mad, asian film with many scenes in the rain.....lots of rain.

I thought it was called 'over the top' but it is not lol

I recently saw a program on wild animals which raised themselves in captivity and fully adapted to the wild with no adults.

Obviously humans have a lot more to learn and greater capacity but am I right in thinking that feral human children often are unable to survive in the wild (isolated from society) with out adults and the ones who do fail to learn simple survival techniques and have no language or way to communicate where other animals will be perfect capable.

If this is true is it a case of being so evolved and dependent on external sources of learning like reading and writing and spoken word that we have lost the basics which even a rabbit has?

I can enter my emails but when I click on the actual emails it says

So I went through customer support and after only 3 pages of the wrong info it actually says we offer no support!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO SUPPORT!!!!!!!!! NO direct customer email or tech or anything..yahoo has no 1-1 support so your life is basically open to abuse an no one cares even when they are behind it.

What has happened to the new yahoo mail!!!???

It is appalling and after over 10 years I am considering changing my email though it has all my l...my life on it lol

I was wondering after the further bloodshed in Egypt taking that they are famous for having women in ancient egypt and had near equal status till the last 20 years where there seems to have been an erosion of their rights and treatment which at its worst has coincided with an erosion of civility and an escalation of widespread violence.

My question is:

Does anyone know if a balance society with more women in authority and equal rights for women (including the military and the government and even religion) leads to a safer, harmonious peaceful, happy society less likely to descend into to anarchy and military rule or a police state with countless atrocities and eventual civil war and or genocide?

Or does evidence suggest that women make no difference to such events and are equally complicit in them?

I could do it by hand but the animation will takes ages and really I want something which has lots of features like image morph and is easy to use.

Currently I am using adobe photoshop 7 and image ready for animation but it does not seem to have any special features.

An autistic friend of mine recently visited a new area for the first time.

He saw saw no signs on times and went to the cinema across the road.

When he came out the car park was closed .

This was 630 pm on a SATURDAY in a large TOWN and the normal carpark only aloud for 2hrs (which was not enough for anything).

He was obviously upset as anyone would be as all his things were in the car.

He called the number , explained the issue and his condition and they told him he would have to pay £75 charge and sign a contract before they would come out and they refused to identify themselves.

He found this all very intimidating but agreed.

They arrive made him give all his personal details (Which he really struggles with).

He went home traumatized awaiting the charge.

I visited the site and the main sign and the tickets have no info and there is not info on any floor except a small sign which is portable, along side the car below eye level.

The sign states that there is a £75 charge for overnight parking.

He was only there for 30 mins.

He now is facing the fine as he signed the contract. He can barely afford this sum as he cannot work due to his disability though he has managed to conquer driving amazingly.

Is this legal in the UK and via Councils?

It seems that there was inadequate signage and an unfair sum and it did not stay over night.

Also his disability would make the ridiculously strict conditions almost impossible to have pre-empt.

Furthermore it seems wrong that if they have your car then they refuse to let you enter it to get your belongings without signing a contract to pay £75.

Lastly there is a possibility that he was accidentally on time but they closed early though they dispute this.

Is this all perfectly legal?

Does he have a right to appeal and on what grounds?

I had no idea where to start on google search so I thought I'd ask here first.

I recently watched Band of Brothers episode 9 which is about the Final Solution.

It clearly states that 6 million Jews and 5 million Mixed ethnic minorities were killed by the Germans so as these numbers are often lower as they cannot actually find the bodies it could have been as much as 10 million.

Either way if Hitler and his army had taken this 10 million and put them to work for the German army would it have changed the course of history?

I can imagine that maybe only 3-4 million were fighting men but the rest could be in factories etc. or farms etc. all contributing to the plight of the German war effort.

Possibly with out the A-bomb defeat was inevitable but surely an extra few million soldiers and many more workers might have sustained the German war for longer. Also all the time and considerable effort put into the Jewish question (including the many german soldiers) would have been spent actually fighting their enemies and not each other.

So my question are:

1) Would these extra people and freed up resources have really helped the germans win?

2) How or why did the German army think this was a good use of their talents (killing jews etc)?

3) did the allies know about the extend of the atrocities (the genocide)?

4) did the average hard working intelligent presumably decent german really condone such madness (i.e. the systematic extermination)?

5) did the average german who went back to work rebuilding the country after defeat believe what had been going on behind the scenes i.e. were they all forced to see what had been done to fellow germans?

6) it never occurred to me that not all the soldiers died and many went home....were they still nazis among them and were they punished in some way (other than defeat) and did they still hate the jews and the allies?

People say that the Germans were just people like the allies but I am not aware the allies were rounding up and exterminating people in their millions in their own countries?

I understand this might be alot so maybe a joint effort or some links to places I can do some research please.
