I'm a 21 year old male senior in college who recently transferred to a huge campus. Pretty much my only friends are my roommates and although they are nice, I have nothing in common with them as they stay in and play videogames pretty much 24/7. I'm desperate to meet some new friends and make some college memories before I graduate but I have no idea how to go about trying to improve my social life. I've tried catching up with old high school friends and talking to people in the places where I usually hang out (library, class, and gym) but nothing ever amounts to much more then a few exchanged texts followed by silence. Can anyone who's ever been in a situation similar to mine tell me what I'm doing wrong and give me some advice?

I have a GameStop gift card, 3 more weeks of winter break and I m looking to buy a new videogame. Should I get Fallout 4, MGS5 or Bloodborne? Keep in mind I ve never played a Fallout, MGS or Dark Souls game before.

My roommate always hooks up with girls at parties by lying about being a college athlete. Even though the girls give consent, they are being somewhat deceived, right? Not really concerned about whether you think its right or wrong but whether it is legally defined as rape and if he could get in trouble if a girl found out and decided to press charges.

When I was a kid I watched this movie about a group of teenagers that got super powers and it's been buggging me for the longest time. I don't remember much about the movie but I do know there were 4 teenagers. I girl was associated with yellow and could levitate, one girl had blue and could control minds, one dude had pink and could read minds and one dude had green healing powers. Some key scenes in the movie: There was a hook-up scene between the mind control girl and the healing guy. There was a scene where the mind reading guy read his teacher's mind and embarrassed him in front of the class. The last scene I remember was where the mind control girl became the bad guy at the end and controlled the minds of people in the school to attack her former friends. Also it was a live action movie. That's all I remember, it would be awesome if someone actually knows about this movie, I cant find anything on google.

So I'm a rising junior in college and ever since high school I've had trouble making and maintaining solid, meaningful friendships. I have no trouble making peripheral friends and acquaintances but it seems impossible for me to make genuine friends that I can talk to about anything and be myself around. Towards the end of my high school career I made a couple of good friends but they all had cars whereas I didn't even have a license. I always ended up being left out whenever they wanted to hang out outside of school, plus we all ended up going to different colleges which dissolved the friendship. In my freshman year of college I met another group of people who were all intelligent and friendly, but soon they all joined fraternities and sororities and I had neither the time, money nor desire to join Greek life. They were so busy with school and Greek life that they stopped talking to me. In my sophomore year I lived a considerable distance off campus and didn't make a single worthwhile friend the entire year. Now I'm going into my junior of college at a much larger school and I'll be living very close to campus, meaning I have zero excuses for failing to make friends. So does anybody have any advice on making new friends on a large college campus without joining Greek life? I don't to be as miserable as I have been for the past 2 years.

There's this cute girl in my class and for the past several weeks I've caught her staring at me at least once every lecture. So a few days ago I finally got the balls to go and talk to her. She was with her friend and I asked them both if they wanted to study for the upcoming exam. Her friend said yes and we both started talking about stuff we learned in class. However the entire time we were talking, the girl that I thought liked me, completely avoided me. She spent the entire conversation on her phone and made no eye contact. So now I'm really confused. Does she like me,but was too shy to talk or was she just looking at me for some other strange reason?

Most of the time when I pass an girl on campus and make eye contact with them, they just look down quickly. Is this because they think I'm attractive or butt-ugly?

So I met this girl during a small party in the beginning of my freshman year of college. At first I thought she was cute but I wasn't all that interested in her. Later I realized that she lived on the same floor as me and we had several mutual friends so we ended up being in the same friend group. I'm 70% that when we first started being friends she was interested in me because I had a friend who was taking many classes with her and would always ask me if I was going to ask her out. Also she would always ask me to hang out with her in the library or Starbucks. And one time when a bunch of us were driving to the mall, she sat in the backseat next to me and rested her head on my shoulder (I might be reading too much into that one). Now I have a huge crush on her but she has a boyfriend (who happens to be a really cool guy). I don't want to damage their relationship but I have strong feelings for her. Should I tell her how I feel or just admit that it's too late and move on?

The second guy, let's call him Tom, is nothing special in the facial department, but he is 6'2 athletic black guy with broad shoulders, muscular biceps and veins running down his arm. He is also a former Marine. I personally know both these guys and they are funny, charming, down to earth people. So based on these admittedly short-handed descriptions, which guy would you be more attracted to if you are a female or maybe a homosexual male?

I've regular lifestyles before but they are so tight I barely feel anything so I'm thinking of switching to magnum condoms. But most of the black girls I see around campus are unattractive to be honest. They're usually loud, overweight, confrontational and have ugly hair. I wouldn't go for any girl fitting that description no matter what color her skin is. But every once in a while I do see beautiful black girls who are slim and attractive but 100% of the time those girls are snobbish, narcissistic and only date white guys so that's why I find myself attracted to girls of other races. Does this make me a traitor to my own race?
