Hey, I am 5'10'' at 183 lbs. compared to the other Middleweights I'm little body wise. How's that?
How are these guys the same weight as me yet so much bigger? I'm kinda scared that if I train too much, I'll end up in the Lt. Heavyweight class. What can I do stay lighter but still get mass?
