Not military or out-of-the-ordinary things like skydiving. They'd obviously excel at almost anything physical (exercise, fighting, swimming), but what else? After leaving the military, what does their skill set make them better at?

I know that sometimes even the president can give them orders, but who ACTUALLY tells the SEALs to their faces what they'll be doing? And who do they report directly to when it's done?
