Top ContributorI'm a retired AF nurse who now writes and consults on health and wellness topics. But I'm also very active in politics. I've lived and traveled all over the US and the world... including the Middle East. I know how precious what we have in this country is and that if Americans of honor don't wake up... We could lose it.

We recorded a Sci-Fi channel TV show (Resident Alien). When we went to replay it, it was in Spanish! We could find no reason this happened?
Any ideas why and how to keep it from happening in the future? It's never happened before.

And yes, I'm aware of the irony of posting this question. I'm just testing the system to see it has to do with "Politics."
2 AnswersPolitics8 months agoRiddle me this, Batman... Why would anyone TRUST a government agency to deliver mass mail-in ballots when their union endorses a candidate?

... versus absentee ballots you specifically request
1 AnswerPolitics8 months agoJust curious... Let's say a COVID vaccine is available this winter, would you take something that was "fast-tracked" by researchers?
Personally, I wouldn't. Let others be guinea pigs. I'll wait until later next year... then maybe.
4 AnswersPolitics10 months agoThe news out of Australia and New Zealand today is that almost 200 people have been arrested for starting fires... ISIS connection?
ISIS has for a long time stated that one of their strategies for sympathizers in the US and allied countries is to set wildfires. Coincidence?
2 AnswersPolitics1 year agoAre there virtual reality headsets that can be used by a person with very limited mobility... like Parkinson's?
He can use his thumbs... but that's about it. The sad thing is his mind is still sharp as a tack, but he's trapped in his body. He's always wanted to travel and loves racing cars. I think he could really get into a VR headset but the ones we've tried at Best Buy require fine motor skills he doesn't have. Please help!

1 AnswerVideo & Online Games2 years agoDoes anyone honestly believe that the Iranians haven't been enriching uranium beyond the limits set in the US deal from the very beginning?
After all, they didn't allow inspectors to all their sites and would ONLY supply samples THEY collected with no one watching. How stupid do they think we are?
