  • BOP vs Master Insurance Policy?

I live in a 20 unit HOA of townhouses. Each unit is occupied by its owner, one unit is rented out by its owner. Our common area insurance and liability policy is a Business owners policy??? The HOA is a non profit corporation... wouldn't a Master Policy be better suited to out needs?

  • anti-itch ointment for dogs???

My 5 yr. old Boxer has a "cone" on her head (and for the last few weeks after eye surgury). In the 5 days she has been wanting to scratch at her chin with her back foot day and night!

Obviosly she cant because of the cone.

There is nothing on her chin and I have been washing it with epson salts and ihbitane scrub from the vets. I have been cleaning her mouth after she eats and keeping the inside of the cone very clean too.

There are no bald patches, no dry spots or red spots...nothing I can see on her chin.

I was wondering if I could put some type of ointment on the area like lanacane creme to give my poor girl some relief!!

Ant ideas on something TOTALLY safe for a dog???

  • exterior stucco problem?

House was built in 52 and has rock chip stucco (about 1"). The stucco has pulled away from the wall about 1 1/2" (6 ft high along a 20 ft span). There is a slight crack (almost hair line) running horizonally along it.

The surface doesnt budge if you heave against it, It seems sound. I wonder what (other than caulk or cement "fix") I could seal the crack to prevent water from getting in behind. Its too cold to paint right now. This spring I want to adhere the stucco back on to wall. I thought I would be able to make relief cuts vertically down the siding and screw it back down onto the wall. I then could caulk all the cracks, seams and then paint it???? Would this work???? Removal and replacement is out of the question!

  • ceder tree help?

40 year old tree and very healthy. Sewer line broke infront of it and the city had to excavate and dig through about 1/3 of the roots. They did a real bad job of filling the hole back in, I washed down sand, dirt and some of the smaller rocks to fill the huge void surrounding the roots main ball. Any suggestions of fertilizers or watering I can give this poor tree to help it through this shock? I do not want it to die!
