What is happening to me?
I finished a bachelor degree and I am working for ten years for the goverment in forensic sciences...I get married and I have two kids. I will like to finish a doctoral degree but I always plan and never do anything to do it...why I have that actitude so bad...I feel like trapped in a swam professionally, I know what to do but I do nothing...why?
