"Show the world that they were wrong, teach them how to sing along." - If Everyone Cared by Nickelback.

  • What happens to the non-believers who simply did not know?

    My question extends to members of the Abrahamic religion;

What happens to the aborigines, the people who never heard of Muhammad, Jesus or any other religion when they die?

Some might argue that there's no way they never heard of Jesus or Muhammad, but let say in, say, 100 AD where Christianity never even reached half of the world, where does those who did good deeds but didn't die a Christian go?

How about in 700+ AD where Islam hasn't even spread to half of the world, where do those good non-Muslims go?

If you put yourself in their shoes, you can see that they are raised in their own set of local beliefs, be it paganism or animism. You might argue somewhere along the way a Prophet of God preached to them, but then again the current people are simply following the religion their forefathers are following. So they couldn't have possibly known the God of Abraham.

If you say Non-Muslims/Non-Christians are going to Hell, what if they never even heard of Islam or Christianity?

If they still do, where is the kindness in God for that?

This is a sincere question, I hope you can answer thoughtfully with citation from the bible/Qur'an to support your answer. Thank you.

  • Will you worship Cthulhu now?

    1. Cthulhu, if he exists, exists somewhere inaccessible to human beings, so we cannot be certain of his existence or nonexistence.

    2. If Cthulhu exists, he will give a quick and relatively merciful death to those who have worshiped him and expressed their belief through self-flagellation and ritual sacrifice.

    3. If Cthulhu exists, he will condemn those who have not worshiped him to an eternity of suffering and torment.

You may worship Cthulhu, and Cthulhu exists, in which case you suffer finite pain.

You may worship Cthulhu, and Cthulhu doesn't exist, in which case you gain nothing.

You may not worship Cthulhu, and Cthulhu doesn't exist, in which you gain nothing.

You may not worship Cthulhu, and Cthulhu exists, in which case you suffer infinite pain.

As infinite pain is always greater than any finite pain, the only rational thing for you to do is to worship Cthulhu through self-flagellation and ritual sacrifice.

  • Ever considered what you held is true might not be the same for others?

Sure. You believe in the Bible and God more than anything else. But does everyone else? To muslims, the Qur'an is the word of God and the Christians are wrong. Same goes to any religion. It even applies to the atheists.

    Ever considered such thing?

  • I'm a liar now, am I?

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvVJ....

Roro said "you make me laugh...

because i know that you are such a lier................admit it!! you believe in killing people under the name "JIHAD""

I'm in a naughty mood right now so I'll single you out, just for fun.

Now when people said muslim men were violent and all, I present a counter argument that comes with a living evidence; myself.

And so, I desire peace, respect for one another and proper unbias understanding between people of all faith (or lack of faith).

So when I present evidence, what do you say? I'm a liar. My evidence is invalid to you for no reason, just to fit your own sick stereotype.

I do not know what religion you hail from, nor do I care or assume. Just wanted to say, as a person, you have just bluntly rejected something out of willful ignorance.

    For the sake of making this a question;

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?

  • What makes you laugh?

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AmbUS...

Mim's Answer - "because young Muslim men often think that killing others is serving Allah. there is much more in the quran about beating and killing others just the Muslim country's do not count what is done for Allah."

Now let's see, I'm a young muslim man... so according to her, I should be blood thirsty, right? Bingo, I am. I'm especially violent in MMO's, Counter Strike, DoTA and such. Ah, such fun to kill monsters and other players alike.

I'd also like to beat the crap out of my ex. But then again most guy would want to do that, but like them I would never do that to a girl. My little brother... yeah sure what the Hell.

So for some reason, I'm laughing. It's amusing to see how people can describe you without knowing who you really are.

    So, what makes you laugh?

I'm sure I'll hear some good ones from you atheists.

  • Can't Christians sin even just a little bit?

Before I continue, allow me to share my own personal beliefs. As a Muslim, I'd indulge myself in some activities that are said to be.... sinful. For example; Lying. I know it's a sin, but Hell I do it anyway.

As far as Islam goes, all you have to do is get your merit to outweight your sin, so theoratically I can lie from time to time, and as long as my charity is more than my bad deeds, I'm safe.

Hey, I'm a human, after all. How this applies to my question? You see, I have some gay friends. I'm cool with them, I even wish to have a lesbian best friend, then we can talk about girls all the time~ And then some other muslims would come to me and say it's not okay, which I replied with "Look me in the eye and tell me you never even once miss a prayer." (It's a sin in Islam)

So basicly, I'm just being frank. And as I observe the Christians, they're totally not cool with gays even though most of them do half of the seven deadly sins on a daily basis.

    Hypocritical, or... what?

  • Should I call her or not?

    Let me summarize my relationship;

It's been two years, she lives 200 miles away from me and I visit her every now and then. And recently, we broke up. Her reasons were that she found someone else, and I told me I should find someone closer.

And I got to know I'm going to take my diploma in her city, for 3 years and the campus is a mile away from her house. Talk about irony.

Anyway, her lasts words were before I deleted her from my messenger and everything else; "I don't think you love me" and "You will always be special to me" (the fact that I'm her first bf)

And those last words lingered, and made me more angry by the day. She had the nerve to tell me I don't love her, after all I've done. The long trips, skipping school, the gifts. Every time I want to watch a movie, I thought about watching it with her. Everytime I pass a shop, I thought about buying those stuff for her.

And "special to me"? What a load of manure. (c-->)

  • Eleanor by Low Millions, "Won't call you baby anymore"?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oG8UnuFx23c <-- song.

In that song, he said "and I won't call you baby anymore, won't call you baby like I did before."

Now I would like to ask, which did he meant?

    1. The guy wouldn't call the girl "baby" anymore, or,

    2. The guy wouldn't call her ever again.

  • Before you try to convert others, have you ever stop to consider...?

Let say... you're a Christian. How would you like it, if someone comes up to you and tells you your God doesn't exist, and that you're better of as an Atheist?

Let say, you're an Atheist. How would you like it, if someone comes up to you and tells you that you're going to a place of Torment that you don't believe exists?

Let say, you're a Muslim. How would you like it, if someone comes up to you and tells you that your prophet is a liar and you're going to the place that Atheist guy is going?

Don't take this the wrong way, the point of this question is that, what makes you think that your religion would apply to anyone else?

I mean if you're a Christian, and you try to preach about Christianity to me, a Muslim, it wouldn't make sense to me.

So, the question is here, when you ask "Christianity is the way, won't you join us in the glory of God?", ever considered what happens if people asks you the same thing, with the "Christianity" word replaced with another faith?

  • Theists, have you ever thought about...?

Fellow theists, have you ever thought about NOT picking (or what you're doing; trying to pick) on atheists?

We have our beliefs, and they have theirs (or lack of belief). So what if they don't believe in our God, it doesn't affect us in any way.

And have you ever thought about what happens if you say anything to them? Put yourself in the atheist's shoes, think about it. You're just giving them a reason to pwn you back, badly, at the same time making yourself looking silly.

So, how about it. We theists don't say anything about the atheists, let them say what they want, they have their beliefs, and we have ours. As the Christians say "Turn the other cheek".
