I have lost almost 25 pounds in the last 3 months but I don't see any changes in my abdomen or thighs. I think I am losing muscle tissue instead of body fat. Can anyone tell me how to reverse this and lose the body fat. I need to lose atleast 30%.

If you have legal guardianship over someone and they turn 18, are you still considered their guardian by law? The situation is my husband and I were awarded legal guardianship of my sister when she was 13. She is now 20 and has no health insurance. I don't think my husband can keep her on his insurance because of her age. She is not a full time student. I don't know what she can do. I don't even know if I am still considered her guardian.
