microeye

I have a GSD 3 month old puppy, ever since I got him 20 days ago he had diarrhea, we started deworming immeditaly + kapect which is anti diarrhea, about two weeks ago started being lazy, will not eat, liquid brown stool, 1 week ago he vomited blood, then again yesterday, we took him to the vet last week and started antibiotic, anti inflammatory, anti vomit and stomach lining, all shots. He came back from the vet and ate rice, I introduced boiled chicken breasts and he slipped back into the same condition, today he is a bit active but will still not eat, he only drinks and pees, is that parvo or what? will he live? I am thinking of giving him sugar dissolved in water to compensate for his lack of food. any ideas, is that roller coaster from sick to ok to sick again normal? please help

My GSD puppy is 2 month old, he started with diarrhea soft stool then turned into brown liquid stool, then vomting anything he eats, and now will not eat anything, tried chicken, canned food, rice,(note he likes to eat his feces and grass, tried to stop it many times with no avail, he stopped when he has no stool to eat).

Went to the vet and we started shots for 5 days of 1. Antibiotic 2. Anti inflammatory 3. Anti vomit 4. Some medicine that makes lining on the stomac to protect it, after the first shot he is doing well, back playing and sniffing around and eating again, gave him bread softened with water just to make sure his irritation went away.

My question is, did anyone experince this before with their puppy? if he is doing well on the shots above does that mean it was some kind of infection and will eventually go away? or I will be faced with an ill dog for the rest of his life?

Just bought a a cat, two days later she starts losing har and all her body is pick patches now, any ideas?
