I have a desktop pc and I want to connect it to my wireless network. Right now it can only be connected with a cables to my router. How can I connect it wirelessly? What do I need to buy and where can I buy it? Like do I need a wireless network card or will something else work?

I put in the disk and it says I can't install it because it conflicts with "Adobe Creative Suite Design 3" It does this every time I start the setup file. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
