  • Help finding a wig for Cosplay...?

I'm currently planning a Cosplay (Costume Play) of Terra Branford as she appears in the PSP game Dissidia: Final Fantasy. As her normally Blonde hair would make me look too washed-out and pale, I am going to be making her alternate outfit, which involves a Dark Green, Curly Wig.

I have looked online for a while, and I have found several wigs that would work, but don't come in the right color. I know that certain wigs can be dyed, but I'm not sure I trust myself to be able to do that. If all else fails, I know my Mom could do that, she's dyed other Costumes for me, and they turned out wonderfully.

I don't want to spend more than around $70 for a wig. The website www.creativeuncut.com has a gallery of Dissidia artwork if you're unfamiliar with the Character, just click on "Video Game Art Galleries" at the top of the page, then scroll down until you can see "Dissidia: Final Fantasy" on the list.

    Thanks in advance!

  • What does the term "Sucking Eggs" mean?

My High School is performing the play "Anne of Green Gables", and there's a line about an Orphan Boy Sucking all the Eggs he Gathered. In that context, what does it mean? No one in my Theatre class knows.

  • Cannon Powershot A570 Shutter won't open?

My Journalism class has one of these, and no matter what, the shutter isn't opening. As far as I know, it was working fine all this week, it just broke today.

    Any ideas?

  • What are the best ways to raise money for a Production?

My school has a Shakespeare Acting Troupe, we call ourselves "Got Shakespeare?". This year we are planning to put on Macbeth. Many of us are Seniors this year, meaning that the Scottish Play is going to be our last play, and we all have a lot of really good ideas.

However, our Budget for when we put on the Tempest was only about $500. All of what we want to do for Macbeth is going to cost a lot more than that. I'm thinking that around $1000 would cover everything.

We haven't gotten everything that we want to do set just yet, as our production is set for this Spring. So what exactly our costs will be, I don't know.

I want to raise money for this, and I want to do simple things, like Bake Sales, but I need more ideas than that. Any suggestions?
