what legal rights do i have for pic's taken of kids and posted on business web site?
I have been hiding my children from a severly abusive father. A picture was taken of myself and both children with the statement it would remain in the office. today i came arcoss a web site "Housing Rights Inc. which wrote a detailed artical about Apartment Complex, name/location and its non-profit orginazation that funds it. The photo is on it's HOME page..
It is crucial that it be immediately removed! what legal actions can be take and what legal actions can be take if it is not removed quickly or removed at all?
