I am trying to make puffed potatoes anybody knows how ?

I am trying to make home made Dulce De Leche, the only problem I got is the final colour, I am getting a very light brown Dulce, When I compare it to the one in the market its usually dark brown or very dark brown.

I am using baking powder and evrey other ingredient but not getting it the right colour ... ?

I am trying to make dulce de leche starting from fresh milk , the only problem I have is color, even though I reach the consistency I am looking for but the color is always light cream, nothing like the color of dulce de leche I bought from super market, can somebody tell me why?

My 15 years old daughter was diagnosed two weeks ago with left lumber scoliosis of 25 degrees, I have consulted 3 different orthopedics surgeon's, and I m not sure what opinion I should take, the first one suggested doing nothing but watch for the progress every 3 months by x-ray, the second one suggested wearing a brace and x – ray every 3 months, the last one considered a fusion surgery.

Do you have any experience of that kind? please, I am very worried.

This started about a year ago. when I go to sleep some times a strong pain starts in the big toe in my left leg and it wake me up, the pain will ease after I wake up and sit for a while, anybody have a simmilar condition ? and do you have any idea what cause this pain ?

What would you do if your wife snore and fa*rt all night, some time my bed room smells like a rotten egg ?
