Does it still transmit an emergency? Or you must be conscious and have the locator in possession for it to work? 

I want to upgrade my truck, starting with the rims and tires. It currently just has the basic steel rims, like ones you would use hubcaps with.

It is a company truck, so nothing crazy. I am hoping to be under $1000 for all, they can be used rims and tiresI would like the tires to be beefed up, possibly stick out a bit from the fenders, dress it up, without looking like a douche. I am not really a fan of ALL black rims on a white truck. But maybe you can convince mePlease state your recommendation and the reason why you chose that type of rim and rim size. 

I was in a Cessna 172 at controlled airport on the ground, talking to ATC ground. They directed me to an intersection of taxiway and runway, around the midpoint of the runway. I was holding on the taxiway, at the hold short line before the runway. There was an aircraft on the runway that had just landed, and was stopped to my left. The controller gave me the most confusing instructions that made no sense whatsoever. I think she knew what she wanted me to do, but could not articulate it in a way I could understand. So I told her that again and again, 3-4 times. I could guess what she wanted me to do, but I would not be 100% sure. What should I do in that situation?

A small business buy a piece of equipment. Depreciates it over four years. Then sells the equipment and is paid cash for it. Where does the cash go? How does the accountant do the accounting? How does it effect the taxes paid? Will here be more or less taxes paid? 

For a typical private pilot 400-1000 hours. Not a test pilot. How many hours dual or checkout time to beat come proficient enough to be turned loose with it? Or are they difficult to master and need extensive training? 

I was sold defective products from a company that will not refund or discount them. I tried to make a complaint to the BBB, and the BBB is fighting me tooth and nail and coming up with excuses why not to post the complaint. I thought that that is the service they are supposed to be providing?

And a multi rating? With about 550 hours

I am just trying to delay the suit. I do not really care that much about how professional it looks.

I was sold defective goods on a credit account. I did not pay for the defective goods. They are suing me for payment. The defective goods cost me more in damages than they cost to pay for them

Do most professional pilots use the same ones? Or do they pick and choose their favorites? Do pilot employers force you to standardize which ones they want you to use?
