Is the legal profession against someone claiming that they were brainwashed as a defense...?
because of..A)..They don't believe that it's possible to brainwash someone to do something against their will, or..B)..they know that brainwashing does work but too many war criminals and religious terrorists would have to be acquitted..?

Doctors, almost universally, adhere to the Hippocratic oath, so why cant scientists world wide have a philosophy that forbids them from developing technology that is specifically designed to harm or kill other humans....?
