I am so sick of this course I am taking in Critical Reasoning. Some people are just naturally philosophical, but not me. I have to write 3 critical essays based on articles in my text. I need to identify and evaluate by a range of criteria that I have read about (but not retained) throughout the duration of this course. I should probably just get off of Yahoo Answers and do what I gotta do to get it done! I just don't know how to get started!

I was to buy a car today. When it got down to signing, some strange things occurred. He changed the interest fee by 11/2 % from day previous, listed the price as $1,000 more than what it was (but this did not reflect in actual total), charged me administration fee (car lot) and bank fee (financing company) and wrote in a $1,000 fee for delivery (60 kms!). Delivery supposed to be free b/c the owner of the lot wanted to hold the car until the finance co's cheque cleared; not as I expected, that I would take it today. Small dealer normally not dealing with higher% financing companies. I've never been so confused. I think I really could have been taken. If they cashed the cheque, and then got my signature for the $1000 drop-off, they never would have had to give me the car. I pointed this out to them, as well as the other things that didn't make sense. Then he said he'd change it to what would make me happy. I have experience only with private deals. Can you provide clarity?

Although I tried for sole custody, my hospitalization following a severe accident separated me from my children for too long a period, and the judge awarded sole custody to my x-husband instead. He got a quick divorce and remarried right away. His wife wants to mediate but I have no desire to deal with her.

I've been given access, but it is not at all being encouraged by him and her. When I call, they say that the children don't want to speak to me and they won't force them to. I succumbed to it once, but then I told them that the children had the right to speak for themselves.

My children's opinions are being shaped by these 2 adults in a negative way toward me. It's frustrating, but I don't want to show that to my kids. However, I don't want to compete in a popularity contest. I know they are just children, but sometimes I feel like they are void of any feeling toward me. I figure the more they speak with me and see me, the more we will be able to rebuild, and move on.

Give me a valid persuasive deductive argument in answer to this.

Yuck... I'm glad I spotted him before I cracked open the bottle of water and took a gulp. A wee spider stuck sprawled in the top of my bottle of Canadiana spring water. Even if I would have drank it, I think he would have remained stuck, that's how stuck he was.

At the end of a shift, when we both had the w/e off, my husband (boyfriend at the time) and I, decided to take a fall foliage drive. I said 'let's just go!" and we took off from Ottawa, Ontario to New York City.

I've had this since I was little, and it's a bit annoying. I hear this trickling kind of gush of fluid at the nape of my neck, and I would really like to know what it is.

The man who wrote this song, Gary Paxton, has this CD on Amazon for like $60! No way! I'm not that enthused about his singing. I just happen to like this ONE song, the rest of the stuff he sings is too far out for me. I can't buy it through I-Tune b//c it's not available.

My husband has sole custody of our children because I was in an accident which separated me from them due to hospitalization. . He is not abiding by judgement requiring him to provide access (telephone #, address, email). To fight him in court, I have to travel 900 mioes and I am disabled, making it hard for me. I represented myself out there last month. His goal is permanent custody. The longer he keeps me separaterd from them, without relationships - the better it is for him. He has kidnapped my kids. I haven't been able to speak to them on phone since June 2004. He has moved them through 3 cities. I have only been able to track them through the schools. I'm not from there (were on military posting there) and have no friends or family there. I don't qualify for Legal Aid - have been denied 3x. Legal clinics haven't helped. My member of parliament said could not get involved in court matters.
