I'm in a 5x5 roto league, and am looking for help with ERA and WHIP as well as saves.

Which closer would you rather have on your fantasy team? I'm in a standart 5x5 Roto league, and am fighting to keep my first place standing.

I like Gregg, but I figure he will be traded at some point over the next month or so, and no longer be closing. Plus the Cubs seem to never have a game for him to close out. Veras is shaky most of the time, but has been getting the job done as of late, and the Astros seems to be playing a lot more close games then the Cubs.

So, who would you pick, and why? Thanks in advance!

I currently have 6 closers on my fantasy team. I have Chapman, Nathan, Rodney, Bailey, League, and Gregg. I need to pick up another offensive player because of the players I have stacking up on the DL. I know League is shaky, and could lose his job at any point, but he has looked decent of late. Gregg looks real good, but will most likely be traded at some point over the next month, and no longer be closing. It seems pointless to hold on to both as I can only play 5 closers at a time. So, should I drop League or Gregg?

Team A gets: Clayton Kershaw

Team B gets: Cliff Lee and Josh Rutledge.

(Team B is in desperate need of a 2B as well)

Does anyone have any insight on when Billy Hamilton will most likely be called up to the bigs? I drafted him in a keeper league, and could possibly keep him for 4 years. If i drop him, I can still pick him back up and keep him, but I also run the risk of someone else picking him up and keeping him. My team seems to be stacked in SB, and I need some more power.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

I think I'm going to drop Brett Gardner, and was wondering who to pick up. I need some power on my team, so that means I should pick up Wells, but Marte is looking like a possible 5 tool player. So, who would you pick up? Or would you pick up both, and drop Lance Berkman, too?

I'm in a roto league with a tiered keeper system (5 tiers with the 1st and 2nd round picks being un-keepable). I'm keeping Felix Hernandez (1st tier), Adam Wainwright (2nd tier), Yoenis Cespedes (4th tier), and Ryan Vogelsong (5th tier), but I am having trouble picking a 3ed tier keeper. I have narrowed it down to Ike Davis and Joe Nathan (and to a much lesser degree Chris Carpenter and Brian Wilson- due to injury), but don't know who I should go with. Good closers are always at a premium, but I really like Ike Davis (even though he can't hit lefties). But a decent 1B is not that hard to find. So, who would you go with, and why?

If it matters to you Ike Davis is ranked about 25 spots higher than Nathan is this year, but closers are always ranked lower then what they are worth.

My options at WR3 this week are:

Darrius Heyward-Bey vs. KC

Chris Durham @ ARI

All of these players have some, or a lot of, risk. I'm leaning towards Jeffery right now, but originally planned on playing DHB. I know Britt is looking good right now, but he will be blanketed by Cromarie.

At Defense I have:

St. Louis vs. MIN

New York Jets @ TEN

I want to play St. Louis, but just can't bring myself to put them in the lineup. Defenses at home are alway a better pick. I know Seattle put up tons of points last week (that is how I won), but on the road they are a different team. The Jets are playing on monday night (which I love), and are playing a shaky QB in Jake Locker, but they are the Jets... They could put up 30 points, and they could put up -10.

So, who do I play?

I currently have Antonio Gates on my team, but Lewis and Scheffler are still up for grabs if I want them. I really want to sit Gates as he has had one of his worst seasons as a pro, but he does have a good history against the Steelers ( 62.8 yards per game/24 receptions/4 touchdowns- in 5 games).

However, Lewis and Scheffler look like they are going to have great weeks, and Lewis is actually having a better season than Gates is (thanks to Chad Henne the past few weeks). And with the limited status/possibility of being out for Shorts, Lewis should have a big game. I'm thinking at least 60 yards and a TD.

Scheffler is in a similar spot as Lewis. Due to injuries on the team Scheffler will see a lot more time this week, and will most likely be the slot receiver for the Lions. I'm also thinking he is looking at about 60 yards and a score, and possibly 2 TDs as this will be a shoot out!

So, my gut tells me Scheffler, but I am really having some problems deciding here. All input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
