This 'animated short' is from the 70's or 80's, I believe. It is narrated from the perspective of an 'alien' looking down on the Earth, and thinking that the cars and vehicles are the native inhabitants, while the people are like a disease (or pest). I think the narrator then goes on to describe how the humans are spreading and affecting the planet and the vehicles and such.

I can't remember the title of this, but I do recall seeing it aired on TV a few years back (maybe on Teletoon or something between shows).

Does anyone know what this animated short is called?
