I was checking my activities using my gmail account last 30 March 2021 because I detected several activities using one of the computers in the office that is not mine based on IP address and the browser used. However, I accidentally hit the trash sign and deleted all activities last 30 March 2021. Is there a way to recover them? Thanks.

I am not a person who you'd say an obese, but I admit I am no health buff. At 30, I was diagnosed with gout (hereditary thing) and was adviced by the doctor to lose weight because it will help.

I ate less food (I increased my fruitd and vegetables) and even started small work outs (lunges, crunches, some cardio so long as my affected foot is not aching). People told me I appear to be slimming, I could also feel my clothes loosing up just a bit (they still fit, but not as tight as before), and my beer belly is smaller than before.

After a month, I was hoping to shed a bit of weight, but I weighed 1 kg heavier than last month.

Is there any other reason of weight gain?

Last 31 January 2019, I experienced my first gout attack. I am just 30 years old. It was very painful. I modified my diet and take colchicine daily. The pain, swelling, and rawness subsided after a few days and now it does not hurt anymore except if I bend the affected joint. I still cannot walk normally and even though it is not painfull, the affected joint is still swollen a bit and it has coloration. I felt pain when I accidentally bent the joint which would otherwise not be painful under normal circumstances.

The doctor said the affected joint has recovered very well, but I am not sure. Any gout sufferer here who could tell me how long does the urate crystals stay in the affected joints?

Middle of June was my panel and final interview. It was not spectacular but I did quite well. A week after, I was asked to provide the contact details of my references. I got excellent remarks from 2 of the 3 references (the other one either did not respond or gave me negative remarks - he is the President of my present company who does not want me to go).

Two weeks passed amd still no feedback, and so I made a follow-up. The HR replied back, saying they are still in the process of finalizing everything and that I will be informed of the decision once it is reached. Almost a month has passed and still nothing.

This is a position in my country's government (Philippines). Is it rational to still keep my hopes up?

I know that basically it means I am not permitted to access that site and probably my IP address is blacklisted. However, we tried to access the same site using another computer with a different IP address and server, and it's still Error 403. Everyone cannot access that site.

Does that mean there is some error in that site or was it made to appear like it deliberately?

I like someone and I do not intend to come out to him. I can't risk our friendship.

However, he is sweet and he keeps and open communication with me (although most of the time it is me who initiates). Sometimes, we do not have communication for 3-5 days, but the exchange of messages resumes. He is like a tamer version of Mr. Krabs in Spongebob Squarepants, yet he sends almost constant SMS messages to me.

There are times when I feel that he knows my feelings already, because he is sometimes uncomfortable to be seen by my colleagues with me. He is kind of a loner most of the time. Sometimes, I can feel that he is avoiding me in the flesh, yet after a few hours we will have conversation through SMS and social media.

He flatters me with things (like I look good, that I look like a heartthrob). He throws jokes, makes me laugh, and support me whenever I feel down.

Sometimes, I can feel that he likes me, too. But that feeling is inconsistent because sometimes I feel he does not want to hang out with me (maybe he only likes to talk through SMS or the social media).

Some of my friends say he is gay, but it is never confirmed, for he acts straight and interested with straight guy stuff. I heard he tried to court a girl before, but he never had a girlfriend (and he is approaching 30s). He said he likes a girl, but never made a move to pursue her even though they are both available (the girl heard this and did not believe that he truly likes her).

There are seven bones in the neck that comprise the seven cervical vertebrae. Can it be severed, or at least almost severed, if it was stabbed by a large cutting tool like a bolo knife? Hacking, yes. But stabbing?
