Sometimes cheese makes me feel a little bloated and gives me a "full" feeling. And so I tried testing it with a glass of milk. I looked online and it said I should see side effects within two hours, but I didn't. The next day I had diarrhea and it was greenish. (sorry this is gross) Could this mean I'm lactose intolerant? Is it possible to only have a small intolerance to it? I'd like to avoid going to a doctor.
