Lightheadedness with buzzing sound in my ears/head when I walk?
For the past several days I've had a constant low buzzing in my ears with a weird, different sound when I take steps or turn my head left or right, with some lightheadedness. There's no pain in my ears and I'm on blood pressure meds but my blood pressure is normal. Any ideas?
