I was arrested the other night, taken to jail, and charged with Minor in Possession in the State of Georgia. I am currently 20, and was arrested at a bar with a 21 armband on. I had been drinking, but only had a beer and a shot. I still considered myself to be completely sober because I was supposed to drive my friend home, but he talked me into having a drink for his birthday. A friend and I had to use the restroom, which had a mile long line, so we went out back into the alley and peed. The cops pulled up mid stream asking for IDs, my friend is 23 and was let go, I was arrested for being under age. I did not have a drink in my hand, was never breathalyzed, did not have a field sobriety test, nothing. The smell of alcohol may have been present because my friend was very intoxicated, and he was not let go until I was put in the car. Due to these circumstances and the fact that I was "assumed" to be drinking just because I had an of-age wristband on, how will I come out in court. I was told to plead guilty under the first offender act since I have never been in trouble. I have heard that I will be fined, and placed on probation, but the charges will be gone if I do not break probation. I'm pretty much just wondering what to expect in court, what I should do, or anything else relevant. I do not know much about this type of stuff, anything helps. Thanks.

I have to occasionally add oil to my car and i am always washing black soot off the back bumper and the trunk. What could this be?

Even when you buckle the seat belt the light still flashes. What could this be? I dont know if it is a fuse or something. Im worried it may be connected to the airbags and i dont want to die in the event of an accident. Anything on how to fix it? or turn the annoying thing off? :-)

I put a 99 transmission in a 97 explorer and the speedometer connections are not the same. In the 97 it is on the transmission while the 99 is on he rear end. Is there an after market speedometer i could buy to put inside my truck? One that i could screw to the dash or something? Any websites selling these would be great.

I have a 97 ford explorer XLT with the factory 6 cd changer. im wondering if the radio has rca outputs for an amp and sub?

My tube that goes from the air filter to the engine always turned my hands black so thismorning i washed it but now my check engine light is on. Anyone know what i did? It still runs like normal but that annoying light is on.

Im looking at cars but some of them look kinna gay... and i dont want a very big car... but a car bc its good on gas.. which is a big issue.. also something cheaper would be nice.... so any ideas?

I have a 1994 ford f150 with the 5.0 liter v8. the trucks has plenty of power but the engine slips about every 5 to 10 seconds until you get up till about 60 mph, then it isnt as bad. at about 85 you cant tell its slipping at all. The harmonic balancer was shot so i changed it and the sparkplugs were bad so i replaced them... idk what else could be wrong. im 16 and this is my only way to school and work so someone please help me out here.

When you drive it for about 10 miles and stop at a light, it looses all oil pressure and knocks really bad but when you give it gas the oil pressure comes back up.. when you start it from not being drivin in a few weeks, it knocks and has low oil pressure and if you drive it more often, the oil pressure is ok to begin with but still drops.... what can be causing this?

Will i loose my permit? Will this interfere with me getting my license in 4 months? How do i get it changed correctly? CAN I GET MY LICENSE ON TIME?!? I live in georgia and my name is jesse.. but they spelled it jessie... everything else is correct... please tell me what i should do!!

If you can give me the diagram or a link to a website I can get it from it will be MUCH appriciated.
