This is a total hypothetical situation because I need to do a creative public announcement project for my English class. I was going to have a petition signing to get something legalized in a specific city, but I wanted to "create" a website where people could sign the petition. If I did that, obviously people who lived in other cities and states would have access to the petition and be allowed to sign something that doesn't really pertain to them. I just wanted to know if this was practical so I don't look like an idiot when I present this in front of class. Thank you!

okay so i have a knee injury and it hurts when i do pretty much ANYTHING. i really want to stay fit though and keep my skinny figure. i've been an athlete all my life and it sucks not knowing what to do to stay fit while i'm injured. i can endure a little bit of pain but i'm not supposed to do any deep knee bends because that hurts too much. and i can't run at all without being in too much pain. PLEASE, help me!

okay so these troubles aren't mine but affect me. my friend has another friend who is very bipolar ansd always makes my friend upset. she doesn't want to say that he needs to leave her alone but she wants to. but her friend is sort of psycho so she doesn't want to make him mad. her friend always makes her upset and i hate it. can you help come up with something for her to do to make him stop bugging her?

hey. there was this new girl that came to my school last year. my boyfriend broke up with me for her, my best friend left me for her, my sister was rude to me and went on her side, the teachers thought she was a little angel and i got in tons of trouble because of her. when she came to my school she hated me and didnt even want to try to be my friend because she was jealous that i was the girlfriend of the guy she liked, and my best friend was one of her friends...but i had her...and because i was like queen of tour school...everyone liked me. so she was a total brat to me and made my whole year miserable. she left and now she is coming back after xmas break. i dont reallly want to give her a second chance but my ex says i should, my sis says i should, and my best friends say i should....am i being rude for not wanting to??
