Why do google sites run at 5mbps even though my broadband plan is 2mbps fup 512kbps?
Not only Youtube, Gmail, Google drive, Play store but also sites like hentaihaven, gogoanime, hentaigasm, kissanime etc always runs at 5mbps even after fup. I noticed 'googlevideo.com/ (http://googlevideo.com/) ' in it's address while download using IDM. Any idea why? Do you know more such sites?
