I have been playing Skyrim for Windows on my Laptop (Toshiba Satellite P755) and I wanted to play the DLCs

I purchased the Skyrim Legendary Edition for the PC and installed it.

The problem is the DLCs are not showing up and none of the "tell tell signs"

Dawnguard "Example"

-No Vampire attacks

-No Orc Asking Me to join the Dawnguard

-The Hall of the Vigilant is Not destroyed

Yes I am well above 10th level

Additionally I have already completed all trophies on my PS3 so I know the game really well.

I am curious what is the maximum level in the FPS/Driver Game "RAGE" by Bethesda? Additionally did the DLC "Scorchers" which extended the game after conclusion of the main storyline raise the maximum level?

During the quest "loud and clear" you get a letter saying the hierd Galum-Ei, during "scoundrels folly" mercer says the letter said galjum-Li (I think that's how it's spelled) am I tho only one who gets angry at that?

People always ask "Can you be BOTH Vampire and Werewolf in Skyrim?" The Answer is Yes

This is the Werewolf/Vampire Hybrid Formula

1. Join the Companions get to the point where they initiate you into the inner circle

2. Once initiated Skjor will tell you to meet him in the Underforge (DON'T GO He will Wait!)

3. Go out and fight vampires until you catch the disease...

4. Wait "near the Underforge" the 4 days or until you turn (I kept wiating 1hr) your character will get a blue haze on them like the spell Oakflesh

5. Go back to the "Auto-Save" before you turned full Vampire and SAVE

6. Go meet Skjor at the Underforge or you can wait inside

7. The KEY is you have to drink Aela's Blood (2:00 minutes game time "Before" you turn)

8. You will change to a Werewolf WAIT

9. When you wake you will have "Vampiric Drain, Champion of the Night and Nightwalkers Footsteps and the Damage categories for Fire/Sunlight" and Beast form for Werewolves as well as the new Perk skill tree.

NOTE: The reason I posted this message is because people who played Skyrim before the 1:09 update; have been answering questions with erroneous and/or incorrect information.

I'm inclined to believe complications come from operator error; I've only had one serious issue since it came out and it was due to me not taking a break.

I am currently developing a build for a druid character in Skyrim; however, I am looking for other inputs. This is my plan so far;

RACE: Wood Elven "Natural ability to call animals"

STONE: Atronach Stone

WEAPONS: Scimitar and Hide Shield

ARMOR: Hide, Leather, Studded Leather or Forsworn any combination thereof

SHOUTS: Animal Allegience and any Elemental related Shouts

MAGIC: Conjuration for the Wolf Familiar, Restoration "Healing", Destruction vs. Undead

I have read that Brynolf, can't be killed and you can't stop the Thieves Guild in Riften.

Therefore if I go to Riften never go into the Bee and Bard/avoid Brynolf and proceed to the Ratway can I kill all of the other Thieves.

I'm playing a Paladin in Skyrim (I know holy warrior...no such thing) so I'm roleplaying the concept

--I destroy all things evil, Vampire, Companion Werewolves and Daedric Artifacts/Princes (save Meridia who hates the undead also) in Skyrim

However, I see people posting that they have killed, destroyed and/or crushed the Dark Brotherhood.

How did you destroy them? Please be specific

The reason I ask is because some can't be killed. Example; like Nazir and the Little Girl Vampire. Even Astrid when you're first captured can't be killed she will fight back and then crawl around but she has never died.

I also completed the campaign and went back to wipe them out; Nazir and the Vampire girl don't die and the Nightmother will keep giving missions. Even the Brotherhood Initiates are unkillable unless you take them as followers.
