What happened to the Republican pledge to read all bills and post them online for 72 hours before voting?
The huge spending bill that was recently passed was only posted online for 44 hours before voting.
The bill was 1582 pages long with another 1278 pages of explanatory statements so it was impossible to read the entire bill in 44 hours unless you took less than a minute to read each page and didn't sleep.
