Mental Health Paige

Everywhere I look there are pages talking about developmental milestones in children ages 0-6. I'm looking for PHYSICAL milestones in children those ages; for example, losing a tooth, walking, going to the potty alone, etc. Please list the ages you think this should happen at, or an approximate age. Thank you!

I am looking for as many ways to say 'hello' and welcome' in languages from around the world, and how they are pronounced. I have french already, but since I don't speak other languages, I want to be sure that the spelling is correct instead of relying on an online translator. If there are characters (for instance Chinese), it would be great if you could use the English letters as well as the characters if possible. Thanks!! :o)

If you were choosing between two potential employees, and you found out accidentally that the better candidate (who you wanted to hire) was mentally ill, would you still hire them? If not, why?

If you found out that one of your current employees was mentally ill, would your opinion of them change? Would you deal with them differently than your other staff?

I would like to know if there is a Pagan or Wiccian ritual that involves hanging a picture backwards on a wall (picture facing wall) with a pile or circle of pine cones and rocks surrounding it. Could it be a black wiccan ritual?

I am not asking this to be a smart@$$. This is a serious question. I obviously know very little about the religions except that Wiccian is earth based, and Pagan is based around women.

Hi everyone! I really need some adjectives and verbs that describe the following:

* Army/Military: This can be ANYTHING from what they wear to how they march, to how they take commands. The more different, the better.

* A river: Same as above. Anything to describe a river from how fast it flows, to color, etc.

* Words that could be used to describe them as 'one', so it is not clear whether I'm referencing the army or a river.

I'm working on a piece right now, where I need for the river and the army to be viewed as the same thing, not two separate things. For instance, in 'The Lottery' by Shirley Jackson gives you a perception that it's a normal day and everything is rainbows and lollipops, but it's not like that at all. I am working on something in which I hope to capture the same shock value, so I need for them to be one thing.
