  • How beneficial is the Bowflex TreadClimber?

    I already walk (30 min) and ride my bike (another 30 min) daily (weather permitting)

    I'm not overweight but would like to get rid of the "muffin top" (lose 2 to 3 in. off waist)

    I'd like to firm and tone up, especially around the tummy

    I need a way to exercise when it's too cold or hot to get outside

    heavy weights is NOT an option for me- - - nor is jogging/running (foot issues)

    I've thought about joining a gym but don't like to have to "hassle" with being there at a specific time for a class or waiting for equipment, driving, parking, etc.

    The TC10 model TreadClimber is pricey so I don't want to get one and be disappointed. Sure they'll give a refund but that would mean taking it all apart and paying to ship it back.

    Any Bowflex TreadClimber users out there who can opine?

  • How do I sell my bike on Craig's List?

    It's only a year old, in perfect condition. I don't want to ship it anywhere. I've never used Craig's list and not sure how it works. Is it safe?
