Loose toenail, where should I go?
I have a loose toenail, and have had one for about 2 months. It hasn't caused me much bother until recently, it's just uncomfortable to look at and feels weird after showers. I would now like something to be done about it, as the entire right half can lift up and it pinches over the skin at the bottom half of the toenail regardless or if I try to strap it down. I'd just like it to be removed if I'm honest as the nail bed is likely to become infected with the nail now trapping dirt and bacteria against it.
My question is where should I go for this, the gp or the local minor injuries unit?

-this isn't me, I just think that these girls are incredibly talented.
It would be great if you could take a moment to listen to this, the voices are beautiful.
Also, (although I know it's cheeky) if you could vote for it to show your appreciation for it, that would be great. I just feel that these girls should be shown the appreciation that they deserve.
Thank you so much!
1 AnswerSinging10 years agoContraceptive implant..?
So I've only had the (nexplanon) implant for a month now, and I have not suffered any serious side effects. I have, however, had a light flowing period for over a week now. I got the implant while I was on my period and stopped after a day or so of having it - and less than two weeks later it started again.
I am usually incredibly regular and was just wondering if there was anything that could be done about the seemingly constant flow.
I know it's early days, but if I went back to where I got it done would they help me out or tell me to wait and see?
1 AnswerWomen's Health10 years agoShould I remove the piercing, and will it help?
So I got my nipple pierced a while ago - June, I think. (I know, many don't appreciate expressing yourself this way etc, but it was my choice and anything said in hindsight is not helpful) And it's gotton slightly infected. The infection's starting to go and I am bathing it in vey diluted tcp to keep it clean, but I am worried as I have developed small lumps on he sides of my nipple where the metal comes ou. I presume that this is a sort of scar - however the tissue feels like the rest of my nipple. My nipple is also a litle bigger than the other one. If I remove the jewlery (once infection has passed) and allow the piercing to heal up, is there any chance the scaring and slight increase in size will go away?

1 AnswerWomen's Health1 decade agohand piercing help, anyone???!?
right, well i pierced my left hand between the thumb and forefinger with a needle (actually a sterilysed pin but same difference) and it was very painfull indeed!! i have this bar to put in my hand for when it heals and because i did this with a thin pin, it wont fit. is there anyway of stretching the hole quickly without buying anymore stuff? and less blood?
btw, this needs to be done soon, because i am allergic to the broken pin that is currently in my hand so it needs to be stretched real quick!!

In war horse, Ted Narracott originally went to a auction to buy something - but instead bought Joey to annoy his brother. I cannot remember what he was meant to buy. Please can you help me?!

10 AnswersPoetry1 decade agoI have a huge crush on my teacher! Help!?
I have a massive crush on my teacher, I keep on having dreams about him - and even though I know he's out of bounds I still like him. I know he likes me (doubtfully in that way, as a student) and we talked a bit outside school when he used to ride past me when I walked home. There's not a massive age difference (i'm 15 and he's 22/3) but its still wrong and he'd get fired and he probably doesn't like me in that was, but I can't stop thinking about him. In short, I don't know how to get over him - help!!
6 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoShould I tell her that he asked me out?
Right... this is a rather boring but puzzling affair so... well, there's a group of us who all kinda hang out at college and we're all fairly close knit, my best friend went out with one of our group (she is in the group) and they were perfect for each other! but after a week, she got asked out by another guy in our group, so dumped guy number 1 and started dating no 2. no 1 was heart broken, but enough time has passed for him to be over her. No 1 is very touchy feely, so i am always hugged or like having my legs stroked for no apparent reason. recently it has got a bit weird, cause he would like smack my butt or something - i am ok with this cause thats how we've always been but it is getting a bit intense. anyway, we were texting a few nights ago, and he told me he wasn't over the girl and he wouldn't be for a while but now he tells me that he likes me and wants to go out with me and i'm like WOOAH, so i said no he's clearly not over my friend (and she's not over him either - but i didnt say that) but should i tell my friend that he asked me out, or should i keep quiet??
