  • Target bathing suit?

I bought this bikini at Target a few months ago, but I only just started wearing it. I wore it twice with no issues, then the 3rd time I put it on I noticed the straps were almost completely off. Like the stitching had either given out or ripped. I didn't do any crazy physical activity in it, just swimming. I probably paid about $18 for this top. Would target give me a refund or a new top?

  • Why is my friend doing this? What should I do?o?

So I met this girl almost two years ago. For most of the first year, we were fine. We went to concerts together and we hung out all the time. We were best friends. But towards the end of the first year, I started to notice that she really wasn't as nice as I had first thought. I don't even know how to explain everything she had done to me. She would overreact to the smallest things,

like if I opened her locker without asking her because I didn't have a book or something. When she knew about this, she would completely stop talking to me and ignore me until I apologized, and she would do this even if I didn't know what I did wrong. Also, my group of friends isn't the most popular, and when she joined us, she made it clear that she had been popular at her old school. I didn't buy it, but confronting her would just lead to being ignored. So I kept my mouth shut. She was also freakishly competitive, and if she got out in a game or something, she would be silent and ignore everyone until we "decided" to let her back in. And we were playing apples to apples in a big group, I pointed out that a card was hers after it had lost, and she said that I was cheating and refused to play if I was also going to play. She also insults me constantly. Now, I have two classes with her. She will completely ignore me and talk to the popular girls. Even if I talk to her, she won't respond. And if she does, she will say something to try to embarrass me in front of the other girls. What should I do?
